Privacy Policy and Confidentiality

Spot-On respects the privacy of its clients and understands the need to keep campaign information confidential.

We will not share any information about our business relationship with any third parties without your prior consent; but we reserve the right to use aggregate data collected in the course of our business relationship for planning and marketing purposes.

We regularly publish a newsletter and distribute it using the collected name and email addresses. All copies have an unsubscribe option for those who wish to be deleted from our roster. Additionally, anyone can send an email to advertise@spot-on.com with “unsubscribe” in the subject line. You may correct any incorrect information by emailing us.

Cookies and Ad Targeting

In some campaigns, Spot-On uses third-party vendors to place tracking “cookies” in ads and on websites created by our clients to develop and create our targeted Pinpoint Placement ad buys. You can turn off cookies but it may make it more difficult to use our services.
